1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Bangla.autos you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Marketplace role
Bangla.autos is a marketplace connecting buyers, sellers and dealers. We are not a party to any vehicle transaction and do not handle payment or ownership transfer.
3. Listings & content
Sellers and dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, photos, and pricing. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
4. Verification
Verified dealer status is granted after document review and showroom visit. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of any specific transaction.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not post fraudulent listings, scrape the platform, or harass other users. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
6. Limitation of liability
Bangla.autos is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
